MetricBridge lets Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read your Apple Health data through a free, open-source MCP server, with no account and no MetricBridge server in the path. It's available today.
Coming next, still in testing: more sources alongside Apple Health (Oura, Whoop, Garmin), agent skills, and a pilot for coaches. Join the list and we'll email you once when early access opens.
We've sent a confirmation link to . Tap it and you're on the list. It can take a minute; check spam if it doesn't arrive.
Ask an agent a plain-language question. It calls the read-only MCP server, the real numbers come back, and every answer carries its provenance: the metric, the window, the date range. This works today. (Example below, with made-up numbers.)
claude mcp add health-export -e HEALTH_DATA_DIR="/path/to/export" -- npx -y health-export-mcpFitness, running and wellness coaches: help clients bring their own Apple Health numbers to your sessions. It's the same read-only server, pointed at an export the client shares with you, using a pairing code the client controls and can revoke.
MetricBridge is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, so please don't use it for clinical decisions.
Coaching on your own? Join the list above and pick "Coaching clients" after you sign up, and we'll invite you to the coaching pilot first.
Running a team, club or organisation? Talk to us directly: Email us about a team pilot
It goes to the founder, who replies personally. Tell us your sport, roughly how many people, and what you'd want to see. Please don't send anyone's health data.
Only to the destination you configure (iCloud Drive, a local folder, your LAN, or a webhook you run). There is no MetricBridge server in the loop, and the MCP server makes zero network requests. One thing to know: when your agent calls a tool, the numbers it asked for go to that agent, like anything else you share with it. With Claude or ChatGPT that means their service, under their terms. With a local model it stays on your machine.
One email when early access opens, and nothing else. Access isn't guaranteed: these features are still being tested, and pilots may be small. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in the email.
