What happens after you pay

Instantly: a receipt and your onboarding-call link arrive by email, and the integration guide is open to read at /docs/platforms/.
Within one business day: we review your receiver against the conformance kit and reply with anything to fix.
Billing is self-serve: update your card, download invoices, change plan or cancel at /partners/portal/ (we email you a secure link).
Refunds: the Pilot is creditable against year one; annual plans are refundable pro rata within the first 30 days. Email us and we sort it.
