Every cloud health-data API puts itself between your user and your server, charges $299 to $499 a month for the entry tier, and counts your users against a cap. MetricBridge removes the middle. The phone signs a Standard Webhooks v1 request and posts it to the endpoint your user chose. We hold no health data, and the fee never scales with users or records.
190 Apple Health metrics, chosen by the user on the device. Six typed deliveries, JSON Schema 2020-12, OpenAPI 3.1, Standard Webhooks v1 signatures.

Pilot fee is credited to year one. Flat fees buy listing, support and interoperability. Never per user, never per record, never tied to data volume or categories.

Vendor pricing pages, read 19 October 2026. Annualised, that band is $3,588 to $5,988 a year for the entry tier, before overage.
At 1,000 users: Partner Plus is $3,600 a year. The cheapest incumbent entry tier annualises to $3,588 and does not include your overage. The number that matters is the second year, when your users have grown and their price has moved with them.
One zero-dependency Node file sends the same requests the iOS app sends, with published synthetic payloads. No real health data, no account, nothing to sign first.

webhook-id treated as a no-op, test body acknowledged and not stored.send replays edge cases one at a time: --bad-sig, --duplicate, --stale, --replay, --test.A fee that scales with how many users send health data, or which categories they send, starts to look like consideration for the data. Flat tiers, written into the terms, keep this a software licence. The platform is the sole controller of what it receives; we are neither processor nor joint controller, and the terms forbid changes that would put us in the path.
